I began teaching continuing education in 2015 while holding dual roles as manager & salesperson at Arizona's largest real estate brokerage. It was here that a dream to become a school teacher abandoned in my youth was made new as I built their proprietary training & mentorship program. It wasn't long before agents, expecting to be bored out of their gourd were consistently leaving the classroom with high levels of enthusiasm, asking for when the next class would be.

In January 2020 HigherLearningCE was established in order to commit more fully to the call to build the relevant, engaging curriculum delivered in a dynamic and warm format that I have become known for. 

 

As an active agent & team lead with a background in both mortgage lending sales & real estate brokerage management, I have mad respect for the crammed calendars & mental dashboards of those in attendance.
