Michelle is a multi-faceted entrepreneur, educator, and advocate with an extensive professional background in the real estate industry. In managerial roles, Michelle has created training programs and operational systems for both national and boutique brokerages, as an active Realtor® & Associate Broker, she has been decorated by awards for production and trade association industry impact. Michelle owns and operates an Arizona real estate school, founded to support her growing body of work as an educator, mentor(est. 2014) a state-certified instructor since 2015.

 

As a mentor and instructor in her profession and as a Right Use Of Power™ Assistant Teacher & Guild member, a current student in the Akademie HAIGA Matriarchal Studies Program & Board Member at Planned Parenthood of AZ, Michelle works to engage learning environments that encourage individuals to awaken to the indestructible force of personal power within each of us, and for those with high-impact roles and members of institutions and collectives in the community like agents and housing industry leaders to consciously engage their positions towards the formulation of a society that is just and loving.

 

Michelle believes that the time is now to cultivate and progress forward in the restoration of ancient and indigenous knowledge of what home means to individuals, families, and communities by moving away from the idea of homeownership and towards stewardship.

    Born and raised in Long Beach, California Michelle’s career launched in 2000 at her Aunt’s Real Estate and Mortgage Brokerage. A start in lending in an administrative role, transformed into a loan processor turned loan officer. In 2003 she became a Realtor® in the state of Arizona. In the recession she was on a nationally recognized short sale team, later an award-winning individual Salesperson at HomeSmart where she simultaneously served as Manager Of Agent Development, creating their signature mentorship and training program. Prior to joining ROG, Michelle held a dual role as a Salesperson for and the Managing Broker of an up-and-coming boutique brokerage, NORTH&CO. Michelle's excitement for the technical facets of the trade and passion for professionalism play out in her work as a C.E. Instructor certified by the AZ Department of Real Estate. Her holistic, confident, and educational approach to her work with clientele, peers & affiliates places the values of deep compassion, community, relationship, and enthusiasm while serving at the forefront of daily living for herself and her team, TheHouseOfEmme. Based in the mid-century modern community of Paradise Gardens, South of Shea in North Phoenix where she lives with her partner, Chris, and 3 children, Jaager, Dresden & Lux, Michelle is proud to serve her community as a Real Estate professional.
